Employee Referral Plan

The Advantage Pro Employee Referral Plan aims to attract top talent through recommendations from our current employees. This plan encourages employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions and rewards successful referrals.

​

Eligibility: All full-time and part-time employees of Advantage Pro are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process (e.g., HR personnel, and hiring managers).

​

Referral Process: 

​

Identify and Refer: Identify a candidate who meets the qualifications for an open position at Advantage Pro. Submit the candidate's resume along with a completed referral form to the HR department. Ensure the referral form includes the employee's name, the candidate's name, the position applied for, and the candidate’s contact information.

​

Acknowledgment: HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral within 2 business days. The preferred candidate will be reviewed and, if qualified, will go through the standard hiring process.

​

Evaluation and Selection: Referred candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications and fit for the position.

Employees will be updated on the status of their referral throughout the process.

​

Referral Reward: If the referred candidate is hired and completes the probationary period (typically 3 months), the referring employee will receive a referral bonus.

​

The bonus structure is as follows:

Junior Positions: $500

Mid-Level Positions: $1,000Senior

Positions: $2,000

​

Referral Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired within 6 months of the referral submission. The candidate must acknowledge the referring employee as their source during the application process. Referrals for temporary, contract, or intern positions are not eligible for referral bonuses.

Terms and Conditions:

​

Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the referral bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral form was received first by HR.

​

Confidentiality: All information regarding candidates and referral status will be handled confidentially by the HR department.

​

Disqualification: Referrals of former employees who left Advantage Pro less than 6 months ago are not eligible. Referrals made by employees who are part of the HR department or are directly involved in the hiring process will not be eligible for a referral bonus.

​

Program Changes: Advantage Pro reserves the right to modify or terminate the Employee Referral Plan at any time. Changes will be communicated to all employees promptly.

​

Promotion and Communication: The Employee Referral Plan will be promoted through internal communication channels such as company newsletters, emails, and team meetings.HR will provide regular updates on the success of the referral program and recognize employees who make successful referrals.
