  • We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an SAP EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EWM solutions for our clients.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to warehouse management.

  • Design, configure, and customize SAP EWM modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of SAP EWM solutions, including data migration, integration, and testing.

  • Provide guidance and support to end-users during system go-live and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure users are proficient in utilizing SAP EWM functionalities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver successful SAP EWM projects.

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM developments and trends, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP EWM modules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Perform system audits and recommend optimizations to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience as an SAP EWM Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP EWM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.

  • Proficient in ABAP programming language and debugging.

  • Experience with data migration, system testing, and go-live activities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • SAP EWM certification is highly desirable.

  • Experience in other SAP modules, such as SAP WM (Warehouse Management) or SAP MM (Materials Management), is a plus.

 

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Experience level: 8 years

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Experience:

  • ABAP: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Materials management: 5 years (Preferred)

  • SAP EWM: 8 years (Preferred)

 

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
