  • As a SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant, You Will Use Your Knowledge And Experience To Help Your Clients Solve The Most Pressing Issues Facing Their HR Functions Today By

  • Demonstrating your SAP SuccessFactors Payroll capabilities.

  • Configuration SAP SuccessFactors Payroll applications.

  • Interacting with client Subject Matter Experts to ensure optimal use and return on investment from their Payroll system.

  • Supporting and leading colleagues to deliver the highest quality service to our clients to contribute to the overall success of the project.

  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.

  • Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development.

 

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management, or other Human Resources related degrees

  • 4 years experience in post-production support and/or full life cycle implementations of the SAP on-prem Payroll or SuccessFactors EC Payroll system.

  • 2 years experience leading teams and/or workstreams through at least one project.

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements

  • Manage the SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery

  • Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the client's area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional areas and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new

 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour

  • SAP SuccessFactors: 6 years (Preferred)

  • Payroll: 5 years (Preferred)
