Job Title: Senior Data Architect

Location:  New York City Metropolitan Area/Onsite

Position Type: Fulltime

​

Looking for a Data Architect/leader - ideally with someone having a consulting background - CTH option available for long-term employment

Location – NYC – Hybrid role – will be expected to be onsite in NYC at the client location.

The role is with a boutique consulting company.

​

 

Role

  • Adept in defining Enterprise Data Technology/Architecture: Assess current state, provide arch recommendations, choose the right platform, and create PoC.

  • Prioritize use cases- Mapping capabilities, defining data ingestion and consumption patterns, and recommending technology investments.

  • Define data management and governance framework and processes.

  • Develop conceptual and detailed architectures, validate with proof of technology, and assist in business cases.

  • Implementation- infrastructure set up, configured cloud platforms, and developed data pipelines.

  • Implement data quality, audit processes, and define data consumption models, and define BI reports.

  • Could you work with an extended team to implement a data program?

  • Experience in platform modernization, data engineering, & data migration.

 

Skills:

  • Expertise in implementing data architectures including Enterprise Data Lakes, Data Fabric, and Data Mesh.

  • Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, and Google/Azure.

  • Work in a team with global delivery with an extended team of data engineers/BI developers & business analysts.

  • Coordination and communication among team members
